It’s funny how things work out sometimes. In the same week I got news of a last minute cancellation, I received an email from Anoushka asking if I would be available for her wedding. It was for the same date as the cancellation – what luck! As I read her email further, it reaffirmed my belief that sometimes, things are just meant to be. Her brief included oodles of incredible inspiration images, and used words like rustic, casual, yummy and, my personal favourite, amazeballs to describe the flowers she envisaged.
Anoushka & Josh planned the perfect wedding at Peat’s Bite. Accessible only by boat, I felt like a bit of a rockstar florist as I loaded flowers onto the waiting speedboat. I fell in love with the venue as soon as I got there – it was secluded, laid back and just perfect for an intimate wedding.
Thank you Jeremy Beasley for these incredible photos – please visit his website here if you’d like to see more!
Congratulations again Anoushka and Josh and thank you for the chance to be a part of your amazeballs wedding celebrations! xx
p.s. Here is a quick snap I took of the flowers, traveling in style to Peat’s Bite. Hilariously right after I took this photo, we ran out of fuel and had to be towed to the venue! It was such a laugh, one of the more exciting deliveries I have executed!
